I don't know how the bathroom gets to the living room
The narratives are set in single family dwellings primarily focused in the united states. Within these films, I employ two time-displacement techniques: one audio and one visual. Through these techniques I am able to strengthen our understanding of scale and adjacencies within the space. Time displacement allows for the misreading of plan and section, prompting an architectural misreading of boundaries. In this project, I have used film as a catalyst for reinterpreting a slippery memory into an architecture.
